Our new RE: Pilates programme focussing on Women’s Health is designed around a Mind and Body practise to strengthen, tone, mobilise, relax and de-stress you.

We are offering a full body exercise programme that will give you the opportunity to spend time focussing on you (plus the chance to work with a group of great like minded women)
