Come along to one of our pilates classes and enjoy a relaxed, safe and friendly environment. Classes are kept small, so students receive sufficient attention and support from the instructor. Our aim is for everyone to enjoy the class and leave with a smile.
All abilities are catered for, from the complete beginner to mums to be, young and old, and even for any pilates Jedis out there! To ensure that you learn the basics correctly and practice safely, we do insist that anyone new to pilates attend the beginners introductory course. Courses at Herts Pilates are run in blocks of six, seven or eight weekly classes, dependent upon school term times, payable in advance for the courseeg £54 for 6 weeks.If you're ready to join a course, complete our contact form. If you are unable to attend your regular class one week then we aim to offer an alternative class within the 6 week course, so not to miss any classes paid for. Next courses start 20th February.
Pilates for Beginners
An introductory course to pilates for the complete novice. Come along and learn the basic principles and movements of pilates and then practise them over the six week course. Ideal for those new to pilates, coming back to exercise or complimenting other exercise to prevent injuries. Check out our pilates timetable and locations.Improvers
For those of you who have completed the beginners course and are looking to take things to the next level by gaining more experience and learning a broader range of movements to challenge your body, enjoy and have fun! Intermediate
For all you Pilates Jedis who have practised pilates for a longer period
of time. Undertaking a wider reportoire of moves, at a higher level and
faster pace to really challenge your core.. Check out our pilates

Pregnancy / ante-natal Pilates sessions (121 and
small group)
For mums to be to help focus on strengthening tummy and pelvic floor muscles, improve posture and balance, give you more energy plus help you relax. Class timetables.
Our class policy
If you miss a pilates class we will always accomodate you in another class
at same level within the half term course so not to miss any classes.

Classes cost £9 per class, paid in a block of 6,
7 or 8 weeks, dependent on term times.
