Mums and Babies Pilates
-Want to find an exercise class YOU can do and bring your baby too?
-Do you need to re- discover your tummy muscles and build up your core strength?
-Have you lost your pelvic floor?
-Do your arms, legs need toning and would you like to focus on getting a flat tummy?
-Or do need help to prevent/alleviate any back pains post birth?
If the answer is YES to any of the above then please do come along to our Mums and Babies class held on a Wednesday morning at All Saints Studios, Sandridge road (near DJ Jungles).
The studio is light and airy. The venue has lots of parking , baby changing facilities and even a kitchen for a cuppa after class:)
The classes run in 4 week blocks and are very friendly, sociable class with a relaxed atmosphere (so don’t worry if you need to feed, change, have tired baby)
We are currently only running 121 sessions and no classses.
We advise waiting 6-8 weeks post natural birth and 10-12 weeks after a c- section before starting Pilates.
