Barre Pilates St Albans….Get Beach Body Ready and Have A Blast!
This fun, intense, pilates, cardio, strength, ballet mix (phew!) is taking over the world! (and definitely St Albans!)
Have you seen it yet? Have you tried it? You will feel it but guaranteed to love it!
The Barre workout combines the elements of Pilates , conditioning ballet and cardio into a highly effective fun class on the mat and at a ballet barre. NB no dance experience required though!
The total body workout :
-lifts the butt
– tones the thighs
– flattens the abs
– sculpts the arms whilst protecting the joints.
There is an interval training approach that burns fat and improves cardiovascular fitness.
Posture, flexibility, stamina and core strength improve with Barre Pilates. The result is a body that is realigned, rebalanced and works more efficiently.
Our instructors, Gabriel, is a Barre Concept instructor and Claire is a Total Barre instructor (STOTT Pilates)
